Emergency Calls:
If the office is closed and you are currently a patient under the care of Dr. Wagner and you have a dermatology problem that requires immediate attention, call 314-434-1111.
Please do not call through to the emergency line for non-urgent matters that can wait until normal office hours, including medication refills, scheduling and billing. If you hold until the end of the message, your call will automatically transfer to the receptionist line where you can leave a message. These calls will be returned during normal office hours.
Severe Weather:
In the event of severe weather, we make every attempt to notify you if we are closing or starting late. Please be sure to call our office for closure information if driving conditions are questionable.
